Pursuant to Title 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, the original records required to be kept—including certified age verification records, government-issued photo identification, and model releases—are maintained by the respective primary producers, studios, content creators, and custodians of records who originally photographed or filmed the respective works.
Where applicable, visual depictions originating from licensed commercial studios and content networks bear the specific primary producer and record keeper notice mandated by federal law on their respective official source pages.
Certain imagery appearing on HotPicsHub consists of glamour, bikini, boudoir, artistic, lingerie, celebrity red-carpet, or non-explicit fashion photography. To the extent that any such content does not depict actual sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A) through (D), it is exempt from the record-keeping provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. However, HotPicsHub nonetheless requires that all individuals depicted in any adult or mature glamour photoshoot were at least 18 years of age at the time of publication.
