1.Mandatory Age Requirement (18+ Consenting Adults Only)

HotPicsHub is an adult-oriented entertainment platform containing sexually explicit, erotic, glamour, and adult photoshoot imagery. Access to this website is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in the jurisdiction from which you access the site, whichever is older.

By entering HotPicsHub, you represent, warrant, and affirm under penalty of perjury that:

You are at least 18 years old (or 21 where local law mandates).
Adult content and nudity are legal in your community, state, province, or country.
You are accessing this content solely for your personal viewing and will not expose or provide access to any minor or person under the legal age.
You choose to view sexually explicit photographs voluntarily and are not offended by adult material.

2. Strict Zero Tolerance Policy: No Underage Content (CSAM)

HotPicsHub maintains an unconditional, uncompromising ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE), or any imagery depicting individuals under the age of 18.

This includes, without exception:

No child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, photographic, digital, or synthetic.
No photos, artwork, or representations of minors under 18 years of age.
No "under-18 mature photos", teen roleplay involving underage personas, or deceptive labeling suggesting underage subjects.
No non-consensual sexual content, voyeurism, revenge imagery, or images taken without the explicit consent of the depicted subject.

Mandatory Law Enforcement Reporting: In compliance with federal and international statutes (including 18 U.S.C. § 2258A), any attempt to upload, distribute, or search for child exploitation material is immediately blocked, logged, and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement authorities, along with all associated IP addresses, device identifiers, and timestamp metadata.

3.18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Compliance

All visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on HotPicsHub depict performers who were at least 18 years of age at the time of production.

4.Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use HotPicsHub strictly for lawful, personal, and non-commercial viewing. You agree NOT to:

Download or redistribute images for commercial re-sale or monetization.
Use automated scrapers, data miners, or bots that overburden our infrastructure or disrupt service.
Upload or post comments containing hate speech, threats, harassment, extortion, or personally identifiable information (doxxing).
Bypass or attempt to circumvent our age gate, access controls, or security mechanisms.
Upload deepfakes or artificial depictions of real individuals without their explicit written consent.

5.Intellectual Property and DMCA Takedown

HotPicsHub respects the intellectual property rights of models, photographers, and studios. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe any photo on our site infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification to our designated DMCA agent. Notices are processed within 24 to 48 hours. See our full DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy for filing requirements.

6.User Accounts & Termination

Creating an account (e.g. for saving favorites, rating photos, or participating in discussions) requires providing accurate information. We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or delete any account immediately and without prior notice if we determine that the user has violated these Terms of Service or engaged in abusive conduct.

7.Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ON HOTPICSHUB ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, HOTPICSHUB, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL HOTPICSHUB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
